Our client was opening a new Optometrists branch in Edinburgh and needed the existing aluminium frames and entrance doors refreshed and recoloured.

To achieve a sleek, modern look, we spray-painted the frames electrostatically in a deep black finish. As standard practice, we meticulously prepared all surfaces—removing old sealant, sanding, degreasing, and carefully masking surrounding areas to protect them during the spraying process.

One significant challenge we encountered was the wind, as the building was located on a street corner, exposing the work area to strong gusts. Nevertheless, we completed the repainting with precision and efficiency.

The result was outstanding: we sealed all frames with colour-matched frame sealant, leaving the aluminium frames looking brand new. The client was extremely pleased with the transformation.
