This was one of our larger projects in terms of cladding spray painting.
During the initial stages, we encountered an issue where some areas of the existing paintwork had started to peel away. We recommended completely removing the failing coatings through sandblasting to ensure the best possible surface for repainting. However, the cost of this process significantly exceeded the project’s budget.
Thanks to our experience and careful surface preparation, we were able to offer an effective alternative. By thoroughly cleaning and preparing the cladding surfaces, and by using specialist coatings specifically designed for such conditions, we achieved a durable and long-lasting result.
Today, the colour remains vibrant and the new paintwork adheres firmly, with no signs of peeling — even on areas where the original paint had previously failed.
As this project demonstrates, proper surface preparation combined with the use of high-quality materials is absolutely key to the success and longevity of any spray painting job.
