This distinctive project involved the full restoration of a traditional Chinese furniture piece, demanding precision and a meticulous approach. We began with thorough sanding to strip away old finishes and prepare the surface for refinishing.

All cracks, gaps, and joints between wooden components were carefully repaired and filled. Particular attention was given to fine joint lines, ensuring a perfectly smooth and cohesive appearance.

The entire piece was then primed twice using high-quality PU (polyurethane) primer, allowing us to recheck the surface and refine any remaining imperfections with additional filling and sanding.

To finish, we applied two coats of PU topcoat using professional spray-painting techniques in RAL 9001 Cream White. The result is a beautifully revitalised piece with a refined, durable finish that complements the sophisticated interiors of Turnberry, Scotland.
