In this unique project, we transformed a decorative monkey-shaped side table using a custom metal-effect spray finish. The entire surface was thoroughly sanded to create a smooth and even base before applying any coatings. We began with a specialist adhesion primer to ensure durability on the sculpted surface, followed by a black base coat to enhance depth and contrast. Each layer was carefully sanded between coats to maintain a flawless, even texture. Finally, we applied a metallic gold effect using professional spray techniques, resulting in a rich, dimensional finish that mimics real metal. The final look is bold, elegant, and eye-catching – a true statement piece for any stylish interior.
