In this project, we spray painted a set of veneered doors for a newly built home. The client chose Farrow & Ball No. 228 Cornforth White with a subtle 10% sheen finish, after reviewing several colour samples we prepared – including Cornforth White and Purbeck Stone.

The doors were removed from the property and transported to our workshop, where they underwent full preparation. We thoroughly sanded and degreased all surfaces to ensure perfect adhesion. As the doors were relatively new, minimal repair work was required.

We then applied two coats of adhesion primer followed by two coats of high-quality PU top coat paint, precisely colour-matched to Farrow & Ball No. 228. The final result is a smooth, modern finish with soft reflectivity – perfectly suited to the clean aesthetic of a new build interior.
