For this project, the client came to us from Ayr – quite a distance, but absolutely no problem for our team. We removed all internal veneered doors from the property, including two large doors from a built-in wardrobe, and transported them to our workshop for refinishing. The wardrobe door frames were spray painted on-site on the same day as the removal.

All doors were finished in classic white with a 10% sheen, giving a clean, modern look with a soft, elegant touch. The process began with thorough sanding to remove the original coatings, followed by careful degreasing to ensure proper paint adhesion. Although the doors were in good overall condition, we filled any minor imperfections to achieve a flawless surface.

Next, we applied one coat of adhesion primer and two coats of PU top coat paint, colour-matched to the selected white. Each layer was sanded in between to maintain a smooth, even finish. The final result is crisp and durable, with a professional sprayed look that completely refreshed the appearance of both the internal doors and the built-in wardrobe elements.
