Our long-term client once again entrusted us with the renovation of another industrial unit they are leasing in Edinburgh. This project involved much more than just painting, as seen in the photos.

We replaced damaged plasterboards, carried out thorough filling and preparation of all internal walls and ceilings. Before spray painting, the external walls were also repaired — the old render had started to detach, so we filled all cracks with specialist resin and restored the façade with a spray-applied masonry paint.

Inside, we used standard water-based emulsions for walls and ceilings. We also repainted all interior woodwork using traditional brush and roller techniques. Additionally, we installed a brand-new office floor to complete the transformation.
